• 25% Discount: Products purchased at 25% discount can be returned for refund, store credit, or exchange to an alternative colour. Goods must be unused, unwashed and unmarked.

• Orders placed between November 15 and December 30 are eligible for our extended holiday returns window and can be returned until January 30.

• 40%+ Discount: Products purchased at 40% discount and above are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty by CULTIVER.

Standard Returns Policy

We offer complimentary returns and exchanges for all full-priced items within Australia. To be eligible for return or exchange:

• Goods must be unused, unwashed and unmarked.
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery*.

Orders placed between November 15 and December 30 are eligible for our extended holiday returns window and can be returned until January 30.

Please allow up to 5 business days after your return has reached our warehouse for the return to be processed. This timeframe may be extended slightly during holiday and promotional periods. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Orders placed online must be returned back to our online warehouse, in-store orders must be returned in-store.
