Delivery Information

We are pleased to provide complimentary standard shipping on all Australian orders over $300.

Orders under $300 will be shipped at a flat rate of $10.

Due to high order volumes during our sale period, we will not be able to offer Express postage. We thank you for your patience.

To ensure a smooth delivery, duties and taxes for orders shipping outside Australia will be calculated at checkout. You will not receive any further charges upon delivery. 

International Orders

Delivery fees on international orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the delivery address. For delivery to the United States and Canada, please visit cultiver.com.

Please note, you will be liable for any duties, taxes and import fees as levied by the country the order is being delivered to. These fees will be due at the point of, or after delivery. CULTIVER is not liable for these charges, and they cannot be reimbursed or refunded by CULTIVER. If you are unsure of the charges, please contact your local customs office for more information. 

For customers in New Zealand, all online purchases from our store are inclusive of GST.

Australian orders containing only swatches are delivered at a flat rate of $10.
