QLD & NSW Delivery Warning - Cyclone Alfred Service Impact

Current Status: Due to the impact of Cyclone Alfred in south-east Queensland and northern NSW, we expect significant disruptions to mail, parcel, and courier networks, resulting in delivery delays both in and out of the affected areas.

Service Suspensions:

  • Australia Post: Network operations paused in south-east Queensland and parts of northern NSW from midnight March 5. Post offices in these regions closed from 9am Thursday, March 6.
  • FedEx and Direct Freight: Services temporarily suspended on Friday, March 7.

Service Resumption: All carrier operations and post offices will re-open when conditions are deemed safe. FedEx and Direct Freight plan to resume services on Monday, March 10.

We appreciate your patience during this time as we prioritize the safety of delivery personnel. For the latest updates on your order, please check your tracking information or contact our customer service team.

Standard Delivery

We offer complimentary standard delivery for all orders in Australia, via Australia Post. 

  • Orders of in stock items placed before 11am (AEST) will be dispatched on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 11am (AEST) will be dispatched the next business day.

  • Please note that during holiday or promotional periods, dispatch times may be slightly delayed.

Express Delivery

Express delivery is available on Australian orders at a flat rate of $15. Orders placed before 11am with express shipping will be dispatched on the same day.

International

Delivery fees on international orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the delivery address. For delivery to the United States and Canada, please visit cultiver.com. For delivery to the United Kingdom, please visit cultivergoods.co.uk

Please note, you will be liable for any duties, taxes and import fees as levied by the country the order is being delivered to. These fees will be due at the point of, or after delivery. CULTIVER is not liable for these charges, and they cannot be reimbursed or refunded by CULTIVER. If you are unsure of the charges, please contact your local customs office for more information. 

For customers in New Zealand, all online purchases from our store are inclusive of GST. 

Swatches

Australian orders containing only swatches are delivered at a flat rate of $10. 


What’s Click & Collect?

Click & Collect is a convenient shopping option that allows you to purchase items online and collect them from our Mosman store. This service is free of charge and gives you the flexibility to pick up your order at a time that suits you. Please note that this service is subject to the availability of products at our Mosman store.


How do I place a Click & Collect order?

  1. Shop cultiver.com.au as usual

  2. At checkout, select "Pick Up" as your delivery option

  3. Choose our Mosman store location

  4. Complete your purchase

  5. Wait for your "Ready for Collection" email before visiting the store


Where can I collect my order?

Currently, click and collect orders are only available from our Mosman Store (643 Military Road, Mosman). If you’d like to confirm stock availability from our Woollahra store, please don’t hesitate to contact our team at [email protected]


What are the collection hours?

You can collect your order during our regular store opening hours.

Mosman Opening hours:

Mon - Sat: 9:30am-5pm

Sun: 10am-4pm


How long will my order be held for collection?

Your order will be held for 7 days from when you receive the "Ready for Collection" notification. If you're unable to collect your order within this time frame, please contact our team at [email protected].


How will I know when my order is ready for collection?

You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this confirmation before visiting the store.

How long will it take for my order to be ready for collection?

Most orders are ready for collection within 24 hours of placing your order. During busy periods such as sales or holidays, preparation time may be slightly longer. Any delays will be communicated on our website. 


How long do I have to collect my order?

All click and collect orders are required to be collected  within 7 days from the date of placing your order. Any uncollected orders  will be cancelled and fully refunded back to the original payment method. If your order is cancelled due to not being collected, you will be notified via email.


What do I need to bring to collect my order?

Please bring:

  1. Your order confirmation email or order number

  2. Photo ID that matches the name on the order

  3. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please notify us in advance


Can someone else collect my order for me?

Yes, someone else can collect your order on your behalf. Please ensure they bring:

  1. Your order number

  2. A copy of your order confirmation email

  3. The person collecting the order's photo ID

  4. If possible, please notify us in advance if someone else will be collecting your order - [email protected] or Phone: 1300 016 772 - Select 2


Can I return or exchange items from my Click & Collect order? 

Yes, our standard return and exchange policy applies to Click & Collect orders. You can return or exchange items:

  • In-store at the time of collection

  • Within our standard return period by bringing the items back to our Mosman store

  • Lodging a return online via our return portal and shipping your return back to our warehouse. A return request can be lodged here 


What if I'm not satisfied with my items when I collect them?

Our store team will be happy to help with any concerns about your items at the time of collection. You can choose to:

  • Return or exchange items immediately

  • Speak with our store team for product advice or alternatives


What payment methods can I use for Click & Collect orders?

All payment methods available on our website can be used for Click & Collect orders. Payment is taken at the time of placing your order online.


Is there an additional fee for using Click & Collect?

No, Click & Collect is a complimentary service for our customers.
