From 24th November to 1st December, we will be running our Annual Sale for Black Friday. Below you will find information regarding our special policies for this sale.

Delivery Information

Due to extremely high order volumes during our annual sale period, we will not be able to offer Express Postage. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched. We thank you for your patience.

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard delivery on all AU orders over $300.

AU orders under $300 will be delivered at a flat rate of $10.

Delivery fees on international orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the delivery address. Read more here.

Returns Policy

25% Discount: Products purchased at 25% discount can be returned for refund, store credit, or exchange to an alternative colour. Goods must be unused, unwashed and unmarked.

Orders placed between 24 November and 30 December are eligible for our extended holiday returns window and can be returned until 30 January.

50% Discount: Products purchased at 50% discount and above are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty by CULTIVER. 

Returns for refund incur a $10 fee, while returns for exchange or store credit are complimentary.

Discounts are not applicable to out of stock products or gift cards. 

We cannot guarantee any order cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been finalised.
