Delivery Information

• Due to high order volumes during our sale period, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched. We thank you for your patience.

• We offer complimentary standard delivery on all AU orders over $200.

• AU orders under $200 will be delivered at a flat rate of $10.

• Delivery fees on international orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the delivery address. Read more here.

Returns Policy

• 25% Discount: Products purchased at 25% discount can be returned for refund, store credit, or exchange to an alternative colour. Goods must be unused, unwashed and unmarked.

• Orders placed between November 15 and December 30 are eligible for our extended holiday returns window and can be returned until January 30.

• 40%+ Discount: Products purchased at 40% discount and above are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty by CULTIVER.
