Delivery Information

Due to high order volumes during our annual sale period, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched. We thank you for your patience.

We offer complimentary standard delivery on all AU orders over $300. AU orders under $300 will be delivered at a flat rate of $10.

Delivery fees on international orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the delivery address. Read more here.

Returns Policy

 Products purchased at 25% off can be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchanged for an alternative colour. Goods must be unused, unwashed and unmarked.

Products purchased at 50% and 75% off are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty by CULTIVER. 

Orders placed between November 25 and December 30 are eligible for our extended holiday returns window and can be returned until January 30.
